You will:

  • Work closely with the administrative, clinical, and management teams
  • Coordinate patient registration, scheduling, and referrals
  • Support practice operations and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist the insurance verification, authorization, and billing processes
  • Make, take, and forward calls and emails regarding patient care services
  • Ensure the accuracy and flow of information between various departments

We’re looking for:

  • An administrative assistant with a 4-year degree (or degree in progress)
  • Study or experience in healthcare or related field preferred
  • Volunteer, intern, or professional experience in healthcare a plus!
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and other basic data entry applications
  • Customer service experience a must!
