Client Services Manager Job Summary: 
MGA Home Healthcare seeks an experienced Account Manager for a full-time opportunity available in our Colorado Springs, CO office. In this role, you'll serve as a liaison between MGA Home Healthcare and our clients as well as oversee all of the non-clinical aspects of the provision of care. You will:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to both your clients and staff
  • Ensure delivery of MGA Home Healthcare solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate proper expectations to the client regarding MGA’s service capabilities
  • Accompany the Clinical Case Manager to an in-home visit with the client every 60 days
  • Oversee non-clinical aspects of the business such as staff scheduling, Utilization management, and other client service issues
  • Report the progress of key account metrics and initiatives
  • Identify and grow business opportunities within territory
  • Resolve any escalated issues quickly and thoroughly
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures outlined in Employee Handbook, Employee Agreement, and communicated from management

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Account management, recruiting, or other relevant experience (healthcare related preferred)
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail​
