Client Services Manager Job Summary:

MGA Home Healthcare seeks an experienced Account Manager/Client Service Manager (CSM) for a full-time opportunity in our Denver, CO office. In this role, you'll serve as a liaison between MGA Home Healthcare and our clients.

Client Services Manager Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of MGA Home Healthcare solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external staff
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with requests and issue escalations as needed

Client Services Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
  • Proven account management, recruiting or other relevant experience (healthcare related preferred)
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
