Client Service Manager Job Summary:

MGA Home Healthcare is seeking a talented Client Service Manager (CSM) to join the team at our headquarters in Phoenix, AZ.

You will:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships in your territory
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Ensure MGA Home Healthcare services are provided according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to MGA management and field staff
  • Assist with requests and issue escalations as needed

What we are looking for:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Proven account management, recruiting, sales or customer service experience
  • Experience in providing client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • The ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
