Home Healthcare CNA Responsibilities:

• Practice safe delivery of physician ordered care to patients in home environment
• Meals preparation and feeding assist
• Medication reminders
• Patient observation per patient Care Plan
• Provide accurate and concise documentation
• Inform Registered nurse of changes in patient status
• Provide patient’ with Activities of Daily Living per patient Care Plan

Home Healthcare CNA Requirements:

• Hold an active Arizona Nursing Assistant license in good standing (or be certified)
• Fingerprint clearance card (MGA Home Healthcare offers assistance)
• BLS CPR
• Ability to pass an extensive pre-employment background screening
• Ability to provide direct patient care
• High sense of urgency in meeting patient physical, emotional and educational needs
• Excellent communication skills that foster interdisciplinary collaboration
• Cultural sensitivity awareness
• Bilingual a plus
